How this service is priced

Because recruitment campaigns can vary in duration, complexity, and outcome, this service is provided on the basis of a non-refundable baseline fee covering time committed and work completed, together with all advertising costs incurred.

Where a campaign results in a successful appointment, an additional success fee of 10% applies.

The baseline fee and scope of support are agreed in advance. Advertising costs are payable by the client in all cases, including where a role is not filled or where the process is paused, delayed, or withdrawn.
