This programme is designed for GPs, GP Trainees, Practice Managers and Senior administration staff working in General Practice.

Course Aim

This blended, online programme will take place over 6 weeks. All participants have access to a secure online Learning Management System. We will host three guest expert speakers to deliver modules in the areas of Cyber SecurityGDPR and Workplace Wellness. All participants will be required to complete periodical assessments to ensure their understanding of the material. Each participant will be encouraged to complete an assignment which will be based on some aspect of their Practice.

The Learning Management System is Learndash. Using Learnsdash, participants will be able to access their Zoom link for the live sessions, pre-recorded modules, quizzes, details on assignments, and additional learning resources based on the programme.

The first live webinar will take place on Thursday the 12th of May at 12.30pm. The programme runs for approximately 6 weeks.

PCRS and The GP Online Application Suite

Most Practice Staff access the GP Online Application Suite regularly and there are many aspects of the Suite that are unfamiliar.  This online workshop is delivered over 2 weeks and allows participants to apply the learnings from Session 1 and provides a super opportunity to feedback and bring questions to session 2. All participants will be provided with extensive notes with tools and tips for ensuring that you are fully maximising on all aspects of state income.

Medical Receptionist Training (Managing The Frontline)
