MEdical Receptionist Training

Next Course Beginning Wednesday September 14th at 12.30pm!

One of the most vital cogs on the wheel of a GP Practice is the Medical Receptionist and the front office team. This programme recognises the importance of this role and will provide Medical Secretary/Receptionists with the tools and resources that will help to support you and your team in what can be a challenging role. The programme will be delivered online over 4 weeks and is a blended training using a combination of recorded material and live webinars. All live Webinars take place on Wednesdays between 12.30 and 2.00pm.


Each participant will be issued with a Best Practice Academy certificate on completion of this Programme.

Blended Learning

All participant will be able to access this course through a private, secure online E-Learning Portal.   


There will be mini Quiz’s, role- plays and feedback sessions to ensure that all participants get the most of the Programme

Peer Support

You will have several opportunities to talk to your peers on this programme. Confidentiality is key to our success and we aim to provide a safe environment for all of our participants.

The Medical Receptionist Course is live interactive training which is delivered over 4 sessions usually one week apart.

You will require a computer with a webcam and microphone or a laptop with a built in webcam to participate in this programme which will be delivered online using zoom.
