Practice Management Support Monthly Fee €145

Any aspect of Practice Management (up to 2 hours support per month)

NB:  Additional Support will be charged at an hourly rate


Fees for additional services:

Each practice will have individual needs and requirements.  All costs will be agreed in advance and will be worked out on either an hourly rate of €80 or tailored and packaged to meet Practice needs.

Consultancy Fees are subject to VAT @ 23%

Onboarding of new staff – Tailored in house Training                                                                 

This in-house training is aimed towards new employees and includes the following;

    • Confidentiality & GDPR Compliance
    • Employment Contract
    • Employee Handbook
    • Health & Safety
    • Call handling & Patient queries
    • Prioritisation of Tasks
    • Effective communication
    • Working with the Practice team
    • Training on Practice Systems & Procedures
    • Training on Practice Software


  • Ongoing email & phone support (3 months following training)


3 x ½ day training sessions (in house and/or remote login) €600

                                                                                                                                                                     Staff Training & Workshops:

Training can be carried out in-house or through external courses & workshops.  

Tailored training gives excellent value in terms of meeting the demands and requirements of each individual Practice.  It also helps to looks at the bigger picture and each staff members role within the Practice Team.

It provides a great opportunity to identify areas where staff may require upskilling and helps to ensure that each member of staff is using their unique skills to the best of their ability. This will save the Practice time and money.


External courses & workshops: A number of courses and interactive workshops are currently being developed for Practice Receptionists, Secretaries and Practice Managers along with Management courses for GP Registrars and GPs setting up in Practice.  

These courses will be held in various centres throughout Ireland and will commence in Autumn 2018.  Full details along with a list of all courses will be published on website once dates and locations have been finalised.
